TEK - Methcathinone synth using bleach instead of KMNO4?

SWIM read around it is possible to use bleach to make CAT / Methcathinone

Any swimmers out there got some info and procedures on such a method?

If it is even really possible. The KMNO4 is at least impossible to obtain for SWIM as its a scheduled substance which one need a license to purchase.

Is there any info on this? Other easily available oxiders substituting KMNO4 would also be of interest, such as chemicals normally obtainable from pharmacies or groceries and etc.
