Drug info - ritalin uno crushing beads

Now at this part in my great novel about the fictional non exisent character Swim and his drug adventures now Swim has gotten hold of Ritalin Uno which are like concerta but they are tiny balls.

Now swim the character in my book wonders how much he needs to crush it and how effetice would it it be for him to crush a 30 mg ritaluno and snort it at once? In a earlier chapter Swim bought a Pill Crusher from a ficinoal pharmachutal company.

Should the main person(swim) of my novel shave his nosal airs would that make sense?, and how high in the nastral should swim snort the powder?

After all i want my great novel to be 100% realistic so i need your help to perfect my novel!

If SWIy has no tolerance to Ritalin(methylphenidate) then he should feel 30mg decently I suppose. Crush the beads as much as possible because the finer the powder, the more surface area will be available to stick to SWIy's mucas membrane.

SWIy should not worry about trimming the hairs in his nose; just make sure he blows his nose beforehand. SWIy shouldn't put the straw too far up his nose either because that will make the powder pass much of his nose.

Make sure SWIy doesn't snort it too hard either, otherwise it will just go directly down SWIy's esophagus as drip. Just take a steady breath through SWIy's nose and allow the powder to stick; it shouldn't take effort.
