Effects - When 0:00 to take grapefruit juice on opiates?

When should one take GrapFruit Juice when on opiates to potentiate plasma levels & duration most effectively?

SWIM ussually takes GFJ during the peak or the end of the peak of an opiate high (on buprenophine, hydro/oxycodone) thinking that because the blood levels are highest at the peak, GFJ will potentiate the opiate best at the peak hour. But still, SWIM wants a 2nd opinion on when to take GFJ to get the most out of it.

Also, what is the peak hour of buprenorphine? SWIM ussually feels it hardest between the 3-4 hour.

SWIM takes GFJ about 45 min before injesting Opies,then once it peaks,and then towards the end(SWIM likes GFJ).The initial dose of GFJ is to keep the liver busy.

Gotcha, so I'm assuming alternative route of administration to oral administration would not be affected by the acidity of the grapefruit juice?
