Other - finding some that prescribes valium

for the life of swim she cant find anyone that even prescribes valium least of all can swim get a script,its starting to do swim head in 6 different doctors and still no valium
how on earth do people find this stuff?
swim seen another doctor yesterday and came away with mirtazapine

Ask around before going to a doctor, 6 different doctors ?? That doesn't look good !
Swim now on 3x5Mg diazepam (Valium) daily and 7.5Mg zopiclone for sleeping.

Say the right things !!! Do some research, anxiety (fright/fight/flight) feeling, etc....
The doctors now don't like to give those meds, swim was lucky and works in psychiatry..(when swim was 14 his doctor give him 10Mg diazepam, and temazepam for sleeping) But that was In The Netherlands and that doctor was special !!

Swim didn't like the person he was on venlafaxine....(hint)

Typically in the US, benzos are not ever seen as "first line" treatment excepting oddly specific things (aka, catanonia or stiff man syndrome). Swim had to have seizure like reactions on like 6 different antipsychotics before a benzo was even contemplated.
