Valium and beer or wine
I was wondering if anyone can tell me the effects of 5-10mg valium and either a beer or a glass of wine. I normally use the valium as a muscle relaxer but wouldn't mind a little euphoric value it safe. Would be home on the couch.

Please READ the forum rules that apply to self-incrimination and SWIM would be happy to answer this question. Also, it might do to use the search engine that is attached to this site to locate another thread touching on this subject as SWIM is sure that this has been covered before.

well, SWIM has tried taking 10mg valium and a couple beers once, and for him, the beer made the effects of the valium more pronounced. but SWIM might weigh more than you (180lbs), so the effects of diazepam and alcohol together might hit you in a totally different way. i would be cautious if i were you - benzodiazepines and alcohol are both potent downers, and i'd say it's an iffy combination. anyway good luck.

It would be bad advice to say its good ! But swim has and still does it, and he is still alive. Just dont do to much ! If someone was going to try to mix things.
