Social - what they need to bust you for cocaine possession?

Just what do cops need to bust you. Conversations, actual coke,
intentions, words, snitches....? what are the laws, and what are cops
aloud to do if theyre undercover

Paraphrenilia (ie. coke spoons with coke residue on them), actual coke
(duh), having it in your system, being caught buying/dealing or asking
where to buy.......?

over here (UK) I'm pretty sure that in order for them to charge you, they have to actually find you.


The missuse of drugs act states that...


1)it is a crime to possess a controlled substance,


2)possess a controlled substance with the intent to supply it,


3)supply a controlled substance (even if you don't charge the person yr giving it to)


4)Drive while under the influence of a controlled substance


5)allow the place you occupy or manage to be used for the purpose of illegal drug use...this includes your home, bar, club, hotel etc

If you're wondering if undercover cops have to tell you they're a cop
if you ask thats bull plain and simple, it would defeat the purpose of
being undercover.

Also entrapment, legally speaking, only occurs when
one does something that would coerce a normally law-abiding person into
breaking the law.

A UC picking you at random from the street and offering you drugs is entrapment, you selling to a UC is not entrapment.
