Effects - Eating after taking Alprazolam

SWIM thinks that when she eats after taking a pill (xanax)
the feeling lessens due to the food in her stomach. Is this true?
Or eating while she just took the pill

Of course, the best way to ingest any pill is with a full glass of water and an empty (or near empty, depending on what one may be ingesting) stomach.

Eating would completely slow down the speed of absorption.

Xanax is alprazolam, a benzo, not antidepressant. Wrong subforum.

Anywho, yes, eating before/right after taking pills is generally a bad idea. Absorption almost always gets messed up, meaning potency of that dose and effects go down.

For all benzos, Swim is sure eating before/after dosing does and has hurt his experiences with them.

But would it make SWIM fell less of the pill or it would just take longer to hit?

Feeling less of the pill can also be caused by slower absorption.

Swim feels like he always feels less.

In my experience, both. Less effect and longer to hit.
