Comedown - Sick after taking ecstasy

swim has been a stupid dickhead and took a pill and half offered from a swim's friend, without knowing what that fuckin pill(s) was....
he took it at around 2,30am, felt nothin for a few hours, then at around 5,30/6 am when he was home a fuckin rocket hit him in the head, what swim's sure is that its not X....feels fucked, a lot of thoughts, his stomach is turned upside down but cant throw up, he just wants to this to stop...any advices? please he's still on, this shit doesnt seem to go down...

Just find some relaxing music. Take comfort in the fact that there is only a few more hours left and take this time to delve deep into your thoughts and reason out whatever is troubling you. You'll likely enter a state of mental clarity and thoroughly enjoy your time. Everything will end up okay. The only things that will really "stop" anything at this point would be benzodiazepenes which are only available through prescriptions only (xanax, valium, klonopin). Those won't really stop it moreso make one really sleepy and just drift off to sleep. If you have any friends nearby it's nice to have company.

swim had a really rough time, very fuckin ugly, but now the effects are wearin off and he feels much better, still cant sleep but the worst has gone, he even whacked off to cool down.
what a stupid fuck he was.
now he's gonna try to get some sleep.
