Effects - "Lost the Magic?"

hello. SWIM hasn't done E for around a month or so. the reason being is SWIM didnt get his usual buzz; SWIM rolls around 2-3 caps, and feels his buzz.

this rolling was once a week for around4-5 weeks, in the summer. SWIM then stopped until september, and found the same thing had little effect.

is this related to the theory of losing the magic relating to SERTS, or is it SWIMS tolerance? SWIM is not convinced taking 5 would solve this.

not having done it for almost 2 months, would SWIM be back to normal?
