Swim has heard that crystal is stronger, you just need to put a note over the top of it and rub it with a card to turn it into a powder.

Some may agree, although not SWIMs mate's goldfish. He seems to think that powder is stronger as you can get more up SWIY nose?

Ahhh but obviously swim crushed it, definatly seemed stronger than normal as it crushed up to loadsss.
