I've read that at the discretion of the pharmacist (as in you must go up to the pharmacist and ask for this outright) they can dispense such a cough syrup if they believe the case is worth it. There's no way to obtain such a syrup without the pharmacist giving it to you in person. It is behind the counter.

If someone you know or don't know is going to attempt this use common sense...

yeah dude i know, ive gone over it i kno not to mix stupid shit into it.

so if i go to the store and ask the pharmacist for it, without a prescription from the doctor. i might be able to get it?
