Depends on how much you're distributing and what the substance is.If it is dealing with pot then they might just let you off with probation.Now if you're rolling with some of the harder drugs then you'll probably be looking at some time.Also depending on how many felonies you have.Habitual offenders get life no matter what in some states.

Be advised that most P/D's aren't REALLY concerned with your interests. They just want to be able to bring your case to completion.

A P/D will almost certainly urge you to accept a plea agreement that may include reduced sentence or reduced charge.
