Methadone Withdrawal

sorry, guys and gals. I'm a new member in need of some real advice. I am unable to post yet and SWIM is going to inpatient detox in the morning. if any of you would be so kind to help me or point me in the right direction.... heres my questions.


SWIM has been on methadone for 1 week, will they get withdrawals?
how long will they last?
when do they start?
the detox is 5 days, They go in tomorrow, they dosed today. they can stay there for up to 10 days, could it last longer than that?
all in all swim has been using opiates for 2 weeks and methadone for 1 week.Now on 35 mgs of meth a day. can anyone help me?

i will be of more use in the future, i have a million stories and am totally looking forward to offering my adivce to you guys, just right now i am kind of in a jam. sorry
oh i like movies and music, and sadly swim loves drugs. i also love this site and hope you don't judge me too harshly by my poor etiquette.

You should have 0 problems, if you've only been using opiates for 2 weeks, even if it's 2 weeks and 5 days that you mean. A habit is not something that you pick up overnight, unless you've had a habit in the past. A first habit takes a good few months to develop, even though 35mg methadone is a high dose for someone only 2-3 weeks into opiate use.

ur on an opiate inpatient detox, after using for 2weeks wtf, u have more money than sense if its a private detox or the goverment funding has been wasted 1 or the other,

who in the world can get methadone perescribed after 2weeks opiate use this is a terrible set up, you need to explain better or dont say anything at all
