Addiction - Need to Ween in a few days

SWIM has been taking around 6-7 5 mg Opana IR per day for weeks and is currently out of those. However SWIM has about 12 Opana 20 mg ER pills and wants to know if one of these per day will be sufficient to stay out of withdrawals? SWIM wants to do this after the 8 15 mg morphine IR pills are gone in a few days. SWIM also has a script for Xanax and wonders if this will help with withdrawals as well? The xanax are 0.5 mgs.

xanax is great for withdrawls but its easy to get hooked on too

haha xanax for withdrawls is asking for another addiction. if swiy have acess go for a longer acting benzo like diazepam or clonazepam cuz they last longer and are FAR less addictive and will help sjut as much. also look into kratom.

Xanax is all swim has it is prescribed so probably already addicted to that anyway but it is doc supervised. SWIM gets 120 .5's a month. Only take 1 per day though so swim is swimming in xanax right now.
