Dose - Oxazepam: First time dose?

My bird of paradise had a question and wanted me to ask it here

"Ok so this is my first time trying benzos. I recently poped 2 15mg of oxazepam and insufflated 15mg. so 45mg total. I was wondering if and how much more I could take to feel a stronger effect without feeling like shit or oding."

Anyone have any idea? Help a bird of paradise today!

To start with, and no tolerance, that's already a fairly decent dose. Someone average could most likely take up to about 60mg before they started feeling a bit bleh and probably 100 to really OD, because benzodiazepines are generally very safe by themselves, but I'd suggest for them to wait half an hour, end if it's still not enough then pop more, a half at a time. This is your first time after all. As long as you aren't combining them with anything else however, it's fairly hard to OD and will probably just put you to sleep eventually.
