Opinions - Best way to enhance speed?

ok so what are your onions on the best ways to enhance the effects?
i found that some times, sucking on a lolly pop at a club can make you " peak " so to speak harder! there are many things you can do that will release
adrenaline or enhance the effects, food maybe even?

Thats fucking hillarious.

Swim would suggest doing a large shot of speed (but know your limits) than taking a shower in the dark.

Swim says playing video games is good, so is smoking weed, so is jerking off.

Swim likes to wait a while for his next shot (preferably long enough to eat and sleep properly) that way swim gets full effects from each injection.
