Drug info - any body experianced Tramadol?

Hi guys. in my country there is a drug called Tramadol wich is widely sold in drug stores. there are so many news that say those adicted to opiuts are using this drug to get high and many teenagers are using this drug before smoking tobbaco (teen agers in iran smoke tobbaco with a divice we cal Ghelyun an it make tobbaco so strong) to get high.
is any body in here ever experianced thids drug? if there is, post some basics about it and describe the high of it.

dude im half iranian. cant never been there but my dad visits back there every year. cant belive tramadol is over the counter there.wat was said earlier was correct, its an atypical opiod but swim loves it anyway.
