long term k use & health problems

swim and friends where the first clubbers to be using k within the uk in the 90's use built from a gram lasting all weekend doing bumps to as much as they could get hands on offen at least 10 grams a night at weekends. more resently swim was ding less till last time doing 1 ltr in 10 days it would of been gone sooner if swim did not go out in public. swim is wondering if anything has come out about longterm health problems. they know about the kiddney and bladder problems as well as the legions on the brain thing. a fof has these and one has bowl problems a few others muscular and skeletal problems most of us where young teens when this started and know in late 20's - 40's. swim is wondering if past heavy use of this above any other well used drug is the ression behind most of the group being ill now? any thought's idea's or info of gerneral use to swim only true and proper info wanted thanks.

This is for Ashley. Who died in India recently.

Copy this page and distribute freely as this info has a habit of being hidden by search engines.

I shall be brief this time but if you seriously wish to beat these pains, then here is the info.

I first took K in 1991 and have -obviously- spent spells experiencing varied effects upon my physical and mental health.
As well as having some of the BEST times of my life, I have many times experienced pure agony in the form of cramps originating in the gall bladder and occasionally stomach. I've even witnessed all over torso pains as the situation has become chronic, which as we know can lead to death.

I'd like to add that I have not suffered these pains for over two years now and have also said goodbye to my persistent habit due to the knowledge below.

For some time, it seemed nobody was aware what was triggering these agonising pains, but now we know that the gall bladder (bottom right side of rib cage) and chronic torso pains arrive when the body blood circulation flow drops below a critical point.
There are different factors which affect the blood flow.

1. lack of oxygen (or fresh air) so, NO FUCKIN SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!.
2. temperature (keep the body WARM).
3. impurities such as sugars, salt and dehydrating substances such as K (particularly dehydrated crystal).
4. lack of any kind of degreasing agent in the body (lemon juice, apple vinegar etc).
5. do NOT eat dry biscuits with gall bladder cramps.

An excellent remedy if the pains have already started is a simple hot lemon, ginger and water drink. The more lemon the greater the effect. Obviously, the person also needs to be kept as warm as, and all windows must be open and smokers banned from the area! No air, no cure!!!!!!! The idea is to stimulate the body blood circulation, so even a warm bath will help.

On the other hand, Stomach centred K pains occur when ingested K lands on pre-existing stomach ulcers (I have taken K all day, every day, for man, many, months at a time without ulcers forming) which could have been caused by over indulgence in Cocaine, speed, cigarettes, alcohol, spicy food or perhaps just stress.
An excellent ulcer cure is Aloe Vera juice, otherwise live yoghurt can be used to soothe the pain. Put plainly, if you remove the ulcers you will cease to experience these agonising cramps.
I'm sure some greedy Doctor will sell you as many creams and pills if you are stupid enough to pay for but if you have read this properly, then you see you don't need them.

Lastly, the best anti-cramp solution is plenty of exercise (without smoking).

Good luck......

More about bladder and kidney issues when i have the time.
