While SWIM was searching for his last Concerta's he found a 15ml bottle of Cophylac.
You might think what the hell is Cophylac? You are totally right I had the same reaction as you did. Cophylac is a blend of Normethadone Hydrochloride and p-hydroxyephedrine hydrochloride. It consist of 10mg of Normethadone and 20mg of hydroxyephedrine per ml. SWIM drank 1/4 of the bottle and waited about 30-45min while he was talking to his gf. He didn't expect much since he couldn't find any information about Normethadone or Hydroxyephedrine. But wow! was he surprised! It was like about 300mg of Codeine but without the nod...SWIM isn't tolerant to Opiates since he did Codeine about 2 months ago. Now I decided to extend this pleasurable experience since it seems to be going towards the end with another gulp of the nasty tasting blend. SWIM still feels under the effects but much less strongly then when he was talking to his gf...yeah he talked a lot...might be the hydroxyephedrine that made him awake and not nodding... If anyone tried that or Normethadone alone please I'd like to hear about your experience. SWIM's still has half a bottle for further experimenting. Just in case no one has tried it before... Thanks for reading SWIM's post...If you have any questions just ask

Re: Cophylac: Normethadone Hydrochloride and p-hydroxyephedrine hydrochloride
Found a link about it
http://books.google.co.uk/books?id=K...um=6&ct=result Apparently 1/3 to 2/3rd's the activity of methadone. Long acting, slow onset. Would say its harder to overdose on, but be careful regardless. You're probably right in saying the ephedrine stopped the nod, like a mini speedball

Re: Cophylac: Normethadone Hydrochloride and p-hydroxyephedrine hydrochloride
SWIM's still on it lol and I just woke up...that shit is insane hahaha
SWIM was preparing some Immodium just to test out if it can cross the BBB and he found this a bit before...guess SWIM's just going to forget about the Immodium and try to get some more Cophylac...long lasting (SWIM slept 12h and it still working) and it takes an hour to take off. It's kind of a high dose of codeine but just a tad bit nicer...feeling of floating, defenitly would get a nod without the hydroxyephedrine |

Re: Cophylac: Normethadone Hydrochloride and p-hydroxyephedrine hydrochloride
Actually SWIM shouldn't of had re dosed...he thought he was coming down but it wasn't the case...Let's just say he felt like shit the next morning hahaha...vomited in his shower and had a big headache that lasted all day.
Now I'm back to normal though and using my Fiorinal with codeine for migraines...feeling kinda warm after 3 of those ![]() SWIM's gotta save those Fiorinal though cause he only has 20 for the month and he needs 'em if he gets another migraine at school since he cannot miss it anymore. It was SWIM's best opiate high though (Cophylac) except for his first one with 2 percocets which was sooo good ![]() Just to clarify it though it's not methadone it's Normethadone...Still really good stuff. Next time SWIM sees his doctor he's going to say the Fiorinal doesn't seem to do much (which is true). Hope she's going to give him something better. Hopefully Percocet but with Ibuprofen instead of APAP/Acetaminophen since it works alot better for my migraines... Thanks for the answers even though I don't get alot
