weening off
anyone know about serapax and nurefen+ i have redused from smack to methadone to subutex to suboxone and now am stable on nurofen+ codeine + serapax . this has taken 6 years including several relapses.

Sorry SWIM dosn't know much about above drugs but assumes there is some other shit apart from opiates in there. Could SWIY try co-codamol and cut those right down. and depending on the ingredients of the other ones maybe something else not containing paracetamol.
Wow SWIM is in awe at SWIY strength and has obviously took the power inside SWIYself and used it amazingly well done SWIM hopes all the best to SWIY

hard to get paracetamol free codeine here in queensland aus. i figure ibuprofen is safer than large doses of asprin or paracetamol. But thats really only guessing.
