Comedown - bad concerta comedown

swim is fairly experienced with concerta but hasnt taken it in about a year but use to take around 72mg for recreational purposes.... swim doesnt use stimulants much anymore but decided to take 36mg since he hasnt slept in 2 days and needed to get through today.... well swim has got all of his important things out of the way and is starting to have a bad comedown.... swim is wanting to go to sleep but it seems impossible at the moment so he is thinking about taking some tramadol and flexeril to help him get some sleep.... swim had the concerta around 9 hours ago, would he be alright if he took 250mg of tramadol and 20mg flexeril to get to sleep..... and if not, what would be some advice to help get some sleep
