Side effects - 50 mil of gbl Help a SWIY out

Swim has 50Mil of gbl that swim is taking daily. Swim will not be getting anymore gbl after this and this is the only gbl swim has had this year! Swim wants to know if its ok to just consume this and get it over with by dosing 5-10mils a day until it is finished? Swim find that this is helping swim in the gym and with sleep.


Swim has quit benzos and is using the gbl as a temp sub to get the first week of benzo w/d out of the system

so far swim feels great


IS swim being safe? Swim is NOT doing any other sort of drug while taking the daily gbl other then swims SSRI meds!

How long has SWIY been using GBL and what dosing regimen is he using?

swim started a few days ago and is using 5-6mils a night

swim ONLY has 50mils in total and will not be getting more after its done


is swim being safe? Swim is a little scared?

dosing is like 8pm 1.5mils 9pm 1mil 10pm 1mil 11pm 1mil 12 pm 1mil then sleep then the next day swim doesnt do anymore till aroound 8pm

Whilst there is a wealth of information with regards to regular GHB use and much of this research can, on the whole, be applied to GBL, there is very little in the way of purely GBL centered data.

GBL is generally treated as an industrial chemical and there is little interest in doing research into the effects of GBL on human physiology beyond the usual toxicology tests.

With this in mind and using GHB based data, the dosing regime, when used only during the evening is not likely to become problematic if being adhered to for the short period of time (10 days).

But I still stress that GBL, which toxicology reports show is surprisingly well tolerated by the body if used within the average reported recreational range, is still to be cautiously viewed purely for the complete lack of solid data in this regard.

yes swim has not done gbl at all this year until swim got the 50mil


swim is just using it for temp reason and soon as swim runs out of the 50 mil swim will not be using it again

Taper it off slowly is my advice to SWIM. In case withdrawl is an issue. Then forget about it. Be done. Getting addicted to industrial solvents is generally not a good idea.
