Combinations - SWIMs first couple daqys with 20mg IR Adderall & 2mg Xanax Bars

SWIMs regiment is Alprazolam 2mg 3x daily and adderall 20mg 2x daily which he might ask to change to 3x daily if all his days are as long as today but for now he will see how the rest of the month goes. SWIM has experience what he feels as the perfect feeling that allows him to live and function with society and working environment and such very well, hell much better than he ever could before. it a;lso totally stops his urge to do heroin or any opiate at all which is great because SWIM said onc he got his RXs and took his regiment like he should he wont do it anymore. and he is doing great. after 3 days as well a phenomenon has happened in SWIMs opinon LOL he has eaten 3-6 meals a day and doesnt notice an appetite loss at all.

just to anyone who never knew or questioned this combination, for SWIM it is the answer to his mental issues and he will continue to take it until he gets his insurance and is able to take Desoxyn again, heck who nows if the adderall works well enough he may stay with it. although today he had to take a 3rd 20mg adderall because he woke up at 6am and it was a loooong day.

bottom line:" 2 thumbs up for the combinaation just PLEASE if there are other people out there with a stimulant like adderall and a benzo RXed for their disorder PLEASE use it responsibly and do not go overboard or use any hardcore illegal drugs. SWIM has found marijuana to be perfectly fine unless it already makes you paranoid.

SWIM has noticed somewhat of an issue and doesnt know exactly how to go about it. as SWIM has said he is supposed to take 20mg adderall 2x daily but they seem to last for only 4 hours. this causes a problem becuase SWIM needs his adderall to last longer than 8hrs. He will be callling his psych in the morning to discuss options.

SWIM has thought about the options and there is

a) change to 20mg 3x daily but this would cost SWIM more money that SWIM is not sure he can afford or

b) raise to 30mg 2x daily

if he went through option a or b its 60mg daily but getting 60 30mg pills would be cheaper for SWIM than 90 20mg pills.

he has also thought about asking about Dexedrine, can anyone tell SWIM if these are made in generics? or is there any method like the baking soda or tums to make the duration of the adderall last longer, he doesn't really want it to be stronger unless it increases the duration of effect as well.

Well, there's no scientific evidence to back this up, there might even be some to the contrary, but swim finds grapefruit greatly lengthens the effects of adderall.

20mg works alright SWIM just thinks hes getting used to the original tweaky feel, he still feels way more positive and focused and is satisfied as long as he has his xanax handy if needed or some oxycontin <3

SWIM is so happy since he got adderall and started taking it as he was told to instead of selling them off. life has been better.

congrats on kicking the opiate habit, tuff thing to do. but keep in mind that your still on a substance. you're still damaging your liver and changing chemicles in your brain. i support you in your struggle, believe me i've got problems too, just want to try and be a conscious and tell you to strive away from using more medicine and truely become mentally healthy. i know that could take time, and you do what you gotta do, but just keep what i said in mind ;P

ya SWIM knows that and is comfortable with it lol but knows it will take time and also believes he will not be taking his medication forever,thankfully his adderall/xanax isnt as addictive and bad as opiates or SWIM would be in danger, he can luckily stop and go with both and they are effective when used adderall tho he will not need forever for sure....maybe his xanax and the chronic tho lol

Swim just started adderall also... His daily dosage is 20mgs in the morning and 10mgs in the afternoon. Swims suboxone dr. wrote this script so knows ALL ABOUT swims past use of recreational substances so asked swim had he ever noticed relief when using methamphetamine or speed in general. Swim told him yes and that he'd tried ritalin, focalin, adderall, amphetamine, and methamphetamine in low doses to see if it helped his ADHD.

Swim has noticed however that it takes at LEAST 30mgs to get an effect from adderall!!! Also he has noticed like swidonmeka that it doesn't last near long enough! Swim tried dosing 30mgs this morning and felt some relief of the racing thoughts, daytime sleepiness, and lack of motivation... However he took another 10mgs an hour later and then felt like he SHOULD feel everyday!!!

These doses were at 7:00 and 8:00A.M. and now at noon he is feeling the effects wearing off but it is time for swims second dose of 10mgs but swim knows that won't make much of a difference! Swims doc said this script was just an 'experimantal dose' to gauge the dose swim needs to be on. Swim thinks 30mgs 2x a day might be enough??? He doesn't need any effects after 5:00PM or so as thats when he winds down and takes his Klonazepam RX to chill out then another 2mg Klonopin before bed.

Swim NEVER would have thought he'd get the meds he needed to function normally!!! He has his 8mg Suboxone once daily, Klonazepam 1mg 2x a day & 2mgs before bed, Alprazolam 0.5mg 3x day, & 30mgs adderall a day!!! His Xanax was scripted by his psych with 3 refills before getting on any of these meds from his sub dr.!!! He has an appointment with his psychiatrist on the 26th and doesn't know what he will think about all the other meds swims on??? Swim thinks he will most likely take swim off the alprazolam!!!??? Hopefully not though since swimm only takes it when ABSOLUTELY NEEDED. Swim would love for him to be trust swims word and maybe increase dosage! Most likely not though? If he does not want to give swim the xanax swim will ask him for a sleeping med. Most likely ambien or another Z-drug... Ambiens the ONLY med besides benzos swim has gotten actual GOOD sleep and little to no side effects.
