Introduction

Liquid ketanest-s 25mg/ml costs around 50-60 euro's. Most user's get 4 to 6 k-holes out of one 10 ml vial. You can store a vial after opening for 7 days in the fridge. After that it's adviced to throw them away, because of microbiological activity.



The ingredients of 1 ml pfizer (dutch pharmaceutical company) ketanest-s 25mg/ml are:

water for injection
9,00 mg natriumchloride (osmotic value in blood)
28,85 mg ketamine HCL (25,00 mg free esketamine without hcl)
and hydrochloride (HCL) (E507)

you can ignore the hydrochloride, it's not important because we use the substance we are going to make directly without saving it.

So you need dH2O (water without minerals). Ketamine HCL powder (100% pure) and natriumchloride (regular kitchen salt). You'll also need a weightbalance that can mesure miligram's. They costs around 40-50 pounds.

Recipe:

Use 3 ml of sterile dH2O. Solve 27 mg natriumchloride and 87 mg ketamine in this.

Put this 3 ml liquid in a small closed bottle and heat it up in a pan with boiling water for about 30 minutes. (this is for killing all the micro-organisms).

Let it cool and use a syringe with a 0,8x40 mm needle and inject it I.M.

Discussion and conclusion

Last night my pet leprechaun tested this formula. It used 94 mg instead of 87 mg (its weight is 200 pounds/90 kilos). It didn't reach the k-hole which means the dose is wrong.

Reasons could be:
-the ketamine isn't 100% pure.
-parts of the ketamine became ineffective because of the sterilisation
-parts of the ketamine was made ineffective when it was vaporized out of pfizer ketanest-s vials by the dealer.

What I do know is, when you use the original liquid pfizer ketanest-s instead of powder, you will get a k-hole out of 50-75 mg = 2-3 ml.

Evaluation

Next week the leprechaun is going to try 120 mg instead of 94 mg.

If you are going to use this guide it is important to work sterile. Only use dH2O and make this sterile before using. dH2O doesn't contain minerals it does contain micro-organisms. Only use 99,9% pure natriumchloride, don't use seasalt or anything. Measuring the natriumchloride is the most important, too much or too little might result in complications after injection.

The amount of ketamine to use varies between user.
Factors are the quality of the ketamine HCL and the bodyweight. Also tolerance at regular users can make a difference in amount.

The leprechaun advises you to start with 87 mg. When you don't reach the k-hole build it up. Only use 100% pure and high quality ketamine hcl powder.

Consult a doctor when complications around the injection area or any other health complications turn up.

The leprechaun used 140 mg and 180 mg.

This did result in a k-hole.

But an even more perfect dose for the leprechaun is 180 mg.
The bodyweight of the leprechaun is 90 kilo's/ 200 pounds...

So 0,9mg/pound bodyweight should do the trick.

The leprechaun says only experienced users should take these high dosages.

The leprechaun did experience side-effects as nausea and disorientation.
The solution is to keep lying perfectly still in one position. Especially you're head should face one direction at all times, preferably lay on you're side to prevent vomit getting into the lungs. Keeping you're eyes closed is also a trick to prevent nausea, so the leprechaun says.
