Oral use - giving concerta a shot. first time.

So swim got his hands on a bottle of concerta 56mg. The capsules are a red/brown color and say alza 54 on it in black print. Swim was thinking of giving it a shot but is wondering if there is any prepping to be done before you actually pop them. Swim was also wondering what a good starters dose would be. Swim is aiming for maybe a medium strength buzz just to see what it is like. Thanks in advance. Peace.

Well swim has done these pills before and belives no preparation is necesary other than drinking a decent amount of water to keep hydrated and keep away dry mouth. Swim also belives that you need one whole pill to really get a feel for it.

try taking one, then 2, or even 1.5, and just go as wanted. nothing really to worry about
