Dose - Why isnt it working

My cat and my dog bought some acid and had the raccoon drop the acid on to some icebreakers, they took the plastic wrapper off of the cigarette pack and put them in there and burned the top of the bag to seal it and then they took it at 11:45 now its 3 am and still nothing, what went wrong? And can it still come on?

Does the racoon/dog take medication? Have they taken similar lately? Were they ripped-off? Need much more zoology before one could draw a conclusion.

Blotters are weak these days, swims earthworm dug up some blotters that were piss weak you needed 4 to 5 to get breathing walls, rectal insertion had stronger effect.

SWIM's town is eaten up with highly highly potent blotter. He couldn't find a medium dose if he tried, and he knows several others who are experiencing the bliss of such a reality, especially since the death of The Good Chemist.

Liquid, though. You know, you can turn 50 doses into 100 with just a drip of distilled water.

RC/dillution or just plain water, probably. Also if the icebreakers were not allowed to dry properly (something so thick as gum should be allowed to dry for an hour or so--too many people waste good LSD on gum, SWIM thinks it's a terrible medium for blotting) that could account for the weakness.
