Pot Problems If Law Passes In California

The city of Fortuna, CA. may soon lose its right to have medical marijuana dispensaries if a public hearing which took place yesterday prohibits prop 215 activities and operations. According to Fortuna City Officials,”this consideration was in order to better serve the public health, safety, and welfare for the residences and businesses in the city”. All medical marijuana dispensaries will have to cease operations in Fortuna once the law is passed, effective immediately on the date of the new law.
