Injecting - Fentanyl Patches

SWIMs friend got a 100 mg Fentanyl Patches and he cut a small hole in the patch and puts about 10 units of the gel in the syringe then adds about 15 more units of water. Now SWIM has no clue whats all in these patches and was wondering how dangerous would this method be?

Swim is likely to end up dead if injecting that stuff. Fentanyl patches are not meant to be injected but used through the skin. The Fentanyl group of opiods is far stronger than any street heroin or even pharmecutical grade morphine these patches are used for people with cronic pain like cancer and chronic illnesses. Please do not mess with this stuff IT WILL KILL YOU if you have no clue what you are doing.

Will SWIM did some last night before he read SWIU post and it did fell really strong. SWIM got just a lil hot and he throw up really bad. SWIM hasn't done heroin before but has did hydromorphine which is a man made heroin from what SWIM has heard and injecting the gel in side the patches are a lot stronger than a 4 mg HM. When SWIM woke up this morning he felt sick for about 3 hours and then he started felling better. SWIM doesn't know what is all in the patches but he likes it to a certain point. SWIM's friend that had the patches stayed inside and didn't get hot and he didn't get hot so SWIM guesses it was the hot that made SWIM sick. Is there a save way to IV the gel inside of the patches? Or is it dangerous because theres no real way to measure the stuff inside of it?

Sorry about double posting but no one replied to my previous post and SWIM had another question. How long does this stuff stay in ones system? SWIM has a drug test for the army soon and was wondering how long should SWIM wait before taking it? Thanks for all the help and again sorry about the double post SWIM can't edit his post so had to.

There most definitely is not a safe way to inject fentanyl patches, this stuff is EXTREMELY dangerous for every way to take it apart from as directed. There are a few threads on fentanyl patches like the thread How to Abuse Fentanyl Patches which does have some very bad advice in it as well as good, so best to read the whole thread.

There is a PDF i read called Fatal Intravenous Fentanyl Abuse, this shows how dangerous these things are.

I think these things are way to dangerous to play with, judging doses is extremely difficult. Even if used as directed for the full 3 days there is still a potentially lethal dose left in the patch.
