Tip for codeine withdrawal
Lambert (not me) is a codeine addict and finds it hard to go for 2 days or more without codeine as the withdrawals kick in. They're not bad withdrawals, just anxiety and an uncomfortable body.
He has discovered however, that about 100mg of DXM helps to settle these symptoms for up to 5 hours or so, making abstinence from codeine that much easier. This is just a tip he wanted you to all know. |
