Drug info - concerta on a drug test?

Well SWIM used a 30MG concerta so he could do good on his final exams, He consumed it at around 10AM on Tuesday however SWIM forgot he has a drug test tomorrow Thursday at 3PM (Mouth Swab), Putting aside SWIMs stupidity do you think he will be able to pass his drug test? Should he drink lots of water and pray for the best or is he safe? Listerine maybe?

SWIM is pretty sure that methylphenidate was included on his probation drug tests.

SWIM is only on deffered disposition so they don't go rough on him, Supposedly many of SWIMs friends said "don't worry it's only a swab test." However he is still in need of some reassurance.

Methylphenidate is to Swims knowledge not tested for on a standard test. It is kwown to cause a false positive for amphetamines. But Swim has little to no knowledge of swab tests. Hope that helps!
