exercise on meth?
swim used to dream a lot a few years back, like everyday for a long time, then when he quit he gained some pounds (more then he likes to admit)
now the question isnt about doing meth to per say take the pounds off as to how safe it is to exercise on it (heart rate and that sorta things), since the exercise thing is hardest for swim to do (lack of motovation) and since he has been dreaming more then he would like (relized he spent way too much money and now regrets dreaming so much lately) swim would smoke pot on the off days and eat more due to the munchies, swim is dreaming right now but is almost ready to sleep and not dream swim wants to know if he should choose to try to lose weight while dreaming as swim thinks that might be the easiet way due to not eating, but swim knows sometimes its hard to exercise on meth because seems to wear swim out when he works out and sweat a lot so its hard to go gym on it (mainly due to how mush swim would sweat and then start smelling like due to massive sweat and i am talking even with proper hydration i sweat like a lot esp in the summer), but swim despratly needs to figure this out, as to if swim should try this sorry, i just kinda feel down right now and thought i would ask for some suggestions |

I donīt know, what you mean with "is right now dreaming", but a few tips, from my side.
being fat already means, it doesnīt matter, if swiyīs sweating a lot or not and being fat, is an excuse for sweating, already. Not eating much. good idea! Working out and not eating much, even better. meth and working out in a poor fitness condition -maybe dangerous, maybe not, for sure a bigger stress on your heart, but dose matters here, as always, as do genetics and general health. getting a protein drink, might be a good substitute for meth and for getting some motivation, like "now I drink a shake and then I go working out". Thereīs lots of other more benign stuff, than meth, which might help and motivate in a similar fashion... itīs just, one had to find a work out, no matter what it is, that one likes doing and which will make you work out for a long time and regularly, without thinking of something else and might make you sacrifice the one or other meal, for doing it even more often and longer.It doesnīt have to be pro sports, athletics, walking a lot, going outside as often as possible, would be a good start and meanwhile thinking of what else might be interesting and a good way of improving your condition, without killing yourself.Swim likes to work out sober and then killing a lot of time with friends, without eating, but staying awake and having fun, see different places(no ot not much alcohol, thatīs calories). hell, donīt post here, donīt buy things, you wouldnīt use anyway, donīt take good advice as a substitute for not working out, work out, eat less or do what you like and take the consequences. Or take the good advice and do something with it^^....peace. |

this is a warning for everyone that wants to do meth to loose a few punds , all the peeps i knew that did that ended up very very bad , one in a coma ...
doing this gives the most powerfull psychological addiction. when you stop you'll eat like a monter and being always sleepy and very tired you'll put a lot of pounds really fast till you stabilize. most ppl panic and start doing meth again , you get my point. keep in mind that after withdrawals you'll sleep like 14 hours a day for a month , depending how long you used it, these effects wear off after months ... 6+. for loosing weight try guarrana or using mdma every weekend and go to a club or something.this is friendly advice ... i mean my goldfish is a hardcore speedfreak and he knows everything about meth and basically any type of amp, you do what you want ... but this will give you a nasty psychological addcition, taking it for an exam is ok, but not for loosing weight. |

swim just came across this thread and was interested in it....swim doesn't take street meth, however, swim is prescribed adderall and also abuses methyphenidate occasionally....swim likes to take almost double the dose he is prescribed in order to lose some weight and taking that high of a dose gets swim motivated to go work out at the gym and run.....swim knows street meth is much more potent than adderall, however, swim wants to get people's opinions on this topic.....is it okay to use adderall and other stimulants in order to lose some weight?

hypoteticaly even desoxyn is used for diets , in extreme cases , but as i said before , ppl tend to go over the limit , they get too concentrated on loosing weight , stop eating and stuff like that ...
if you are sure you dont have any kind of psychosis even mild ones it's ok ... as long as you still have some grip. SWIM is no p**sy but a lot of ppl have suffered trying to keep up with him and i really want to be helpfull ... i gave give you a piece of advice , use a little more i mean ... till you feel some euphoria , and go out with friends or such activities ... you can loose like 4-6 pounds with ease per day. i'm like 125 pounds i try to stay at 135 but that's hard S. SWIM looses 10 pounds in a clubbing night ... even when he doesnt dance , keep in mind that SWIM drinks 5 liters of water so it's not only dehydration. SWIM shoots meth takes some amp diet pill and some MDMA , but SWIM is a monster and has high tolerance. try if you use more to take some CNS anti oxydants , calcium and vitamine supplements
