Side effects - Heart attack while rolling?

a friend of a friend of mine was telling me a story, about how she went rolling, only a couple of weeks ago, and mid way through her roll she felt severe pain down her left arm, then her heart started to hurt. she stayed calm and thought about calling an ambulance but after 20 minutes the pain subsided. She and another friend of mine went for a walk and the pain ca,e but but then subsided again. My friend was wondering could this have been a heart attack or something of the sort?
She had only take one pill and wasnt doing any strenuous excercise other than the walking.

ecstasy is a stimulant, which stresses the heart. It would be very wise for your friend to go to a doctor and get checked up.

swim has experienced chest pain that would seem like heart pain but is actually just cramps that u would normally experience.

aside from getting checked out by a doctor, it is important to keep your body hydrated and energized while on any upper.

SWIM's had pain in his left arm and chest area 100's of times and so has about everyone he uses drugs with. I think of it as turning up your "pain volume." and noticing feelings you don't normally iterpert as a danger. Get checked out of course but realize it happens regularly to many otherwise healthy people.

Third: Get SWIM's ass to a hospital and get a full cardiogram and check-up. That's nothing to fuck around with. Ever. Drag SWIM kicking & screaming by the hair if need be. Fuck making an appointment - straight to the ER. Go!

it could be anything. swim once had gas on the right side of his chest that made his arm feel weird. sometimes anxiety and panic can make a person feel as if they are having a heart attack and that could happen on stimulants.

it would be wise of swims friend to go the the doc just to make sure that there isnt an underlying heart condition that the roll might have called attention to.

With a potential heart-attack, you don't go: "Maybe it's just anxiety (or gas or....)." You go get it checked. Immediately! End of story. Or it might be.

SWIM never said to not get it checked. if a person realy thinks they are having a heart attack then YES, GO TO THE ER. swim was just stating that since the person in the story seemed to be ok at the end of the night and didnt seem to have any other symptoms of a heart attack, that there is also the chance it is something mild. either way, go to the docs and get it checked.

there are more symptoms than just pain in chest and left arm hurting. alhtough those two symptoms are always present
