I've come across 15 small white pills that on one side has what appears to be a "D" written on it and on the other side has a "10". The pill's shape actually resembles a "D". Im assuming the "10" stands for the milligram dosage, and the "D" stands for the name of the pill (i'm guessing Dexedrine or Desoxyn). the only information ive recieved about these pills is that the original owner has severe A.D.D. or A.D.H.D. (not sure which). Also, I was told that he was taken off of this pill because the effects produced were too strong for him. The doctor prescribed 30 mg Adderall as a replacement, which he has been taking for 6 months now and has had no problems.
From what I gather it seems most likely that this pill is Dexedrine but I dont think i'm informed enough to make that call (I have never seen or taken Dexedrine before).
The only other possibility I can think of would be Desoxyn. This would make sense because these pills are apparently much more powerful than a 30 mg Adderall, and since the original owner has a severe case of A.D.D. he would be a likely candidate to be prescribed to this pill. Also, if he reacted poorly to Dexedrine, would the doctor really prescribe him to an even higher dose of Adderall (which I hear is much less friendly and also contains Dextroamphetamine a.k.a. Dexedrine). On the other hand, I realize that this is unlikely, due to the scarcity of Desoxyn.
If anyone knows for sure what this pill is, or can make a reasonably accurate educated guess, please comment.
