Kratom, more kratom and the basics ie immodium, kava, sleeping pills like benadryl, tylenol pm or melatonin.

Methadone (script) is all I can think of, PoppyTea too. Kratom would help mental cravings but if you 'need' opiates for you system to operate then I don't think it would work as it's not an opiate.

It binds to the mu-opiate receptor in high enough doses it can eliminate almost if not all withdrawals from opiates.

Kratom works just as good as any other opiate for w/d. Like he said it binds to the mu receptors. It will take away all your w/d symptoms. Something to definetly keep for a rainy day. And it's tottally legal in the us and uk.
