Carbogen or Meduna's mixture - Where, or how to get???

I have been really trying to find Meduna's mixture for a long time now, but couldn't find where to get it, or how to make it, does anyone here know the answer for that? Considering that it's something completely legal, I really don't understand why I couldn't find that information easily on the net (through Google, that's what I used).
Thanks a lot for any insight or information!
