hey im planning on ordering some poppy seeds soon and was wondering if anyone can point me towards a website that has delivered for them. i really dont wanna be ripped off. what is the legality of the seeds themselves? i think they are legal until you plant them, but i could be wrong. also what type of seeds are most potent and or produce the most?
