Ihave read a few posts that go into great detail into the various different suppliments that help prevent memory loss, nerotxity and damage to the body in general but find these articles far too complicated and most of the substances are hard for me to get especially when they are on prescription. Can any body give me some advice on what suppliments would help a personthat does XTC and is planning to do it long into the future. Thanks a lot!!

The best thing is antioxidants. I just take a multivitamin and green tea extract. Honestly though, there's nothing that can prevent memory loss or neurotoxicity. You just gotta limit your usage to a normal dosage and give yourself a few weeks in between to recuperate.

PROZAC! Taking Prozac (fluoextine) after ecstasy (i.e. during or after the come-down) takes care of pretty much all known problems: 1. It has been shown to completely block neurotoxicity in rats. 2. It can eliminate the come-down by stabilising serotonin levels. 3. It can eliminate thehangover by stabilising serotonin levels. 4. You won't get mood swings or irritability over the following days. 5. You won't be able to get much of an effect from ecstasy for the next three days or so. This should prevent excessive use. Other SSRIs like Celexa or Zoloft should work just as well, but Prozac's the easiest to get. You'll need to find someone who has a presciption to get them for you, but that shouldn't be hard because it's so widely prescibed. Also: 5-HTP (boosts serotonin levels so you won't feel emotionally drained, also increases the effect of the ecstasy if taken beforehand) Free-radical deactivators/ antioxidants (alpha lipoic acid, DMAE, vitamin C/ ascorbic acid, vitamin A/ beta carotene) Amino acids (like DL-phenylalaline) All of these are available in health food storesEdited by: Hyperreal |
