Smoking amphetamine freebase

My friend knows that it is not a good idea to try and smoke either amphetamine sulphate or amphetamine HCL, due to the small difference in vaporisation temperature and the temperature at which it burns. However, my friend knows that methamphetamine in it's HCL salt from can be smoked and was wondering if there is any way to smoke the amphetamine that is available in the UK.
The amphetamine that my friend can get a hold of is in the sulphate salt form, which as far as i know cannot be smoked, however, my friend was wondering, if one were to convert it to the freebase form, would it be smokeable?

My friend knows that freebase amphetamine is an oil, so if my friend were to disolve amphetamine sulphate into distilled water and add base untill a pH of(not sure excacly what pH here), it would seperate from the distilled water. If my friend was able to seperate the freebase ampetamine oil and the distilled water, would myfriend be able to put the freebase oil in a lightbulb vap and vaporise it?

My friends chemistry knowledge is not extensive, so accurate detail and explanations would be great. My friend woould like to thank anyone for ANY help they can give.

Swim told me once when the speed available in his neck of the woods was being marketed as "smokable" that the only difference is what its been cut with. After wondering for a very long time swim at one point thought his speed was once ampth cut with god know what and then became ampth cut with msm which made it smokeable.
He know believes his ampth was ampth and the smokeable stuff was meth cut with msm but still wonders if base ampth + msm would heated, a litle blown out and aloud to cool into a solida again.
Then smoked, could this actually be some ghetto "x designer smokable" form of ampth?
