Re: need help/advise zamadol 100mg
Jesus H Crist. First all, I'm surprised and happy SWIM is still alive. Is zamadol tramadol Sustained release? Thats over 3grams of tram, the long release system probably saved your life. With opiates, urinary retention and itchyness are common side effects, however tramadol has some effects similar to SSRI's and is known to cause fits in high doses, you may have had a fit whilst blacked out. Get yourself to the docs ASAP. Also since it is metabolized by the liver there may be come damage.

Re: need help/advise zamadol 100mg
thanks for the reply
yes mate swim says the zamadol is tramadol sustained release and is now glad of this. swim doesnt know about any fits... he blacked out for about 4 hours then woke up for an hour to an hour and a half then blacked out for about 21 hours... swim says he still feels quite spaced out compared to the way he normally feels and he also feels tired a lot and has yet to eat anything... swim want to get back to feeling normall as soon as he can cause he doesnt like feeling like this... what can swim do to help get back to normal ?...plenty of fluids? eat perticular food? swim doesnt want to go to the doctors... he just wants things to go back the way they were. swim knows he will eventually have to sort out the reasonings behind this but for now that can wait |

Re: need help/advise zamadol 100mg
Serotonin levels in the brain may still be affected, and may take time to fully readjust.
Drink fluids, urine of that colour generally indicates dehydration, although it may suggest blood in the urine also. Admittidly going to see the doc will most likely result in loss of the prescription, but its totally up to SWIyou |

Re: need help/advise zamadol 100mg
Id drink plenty of water and take some Milk Thistle its all natural and will cleanse your liver. Im pretty sure its also a diuretic so that will help with urinating.

Re: need help/advise zamadol 100mg
Are you mad? As others said, alot of water, try St. Johns Wort, its known to balance the brains serotonin levels without becoming a dependency itself, Milk Thistle to get rid of any residues in your liver, and next time, 4/5 of those Zamadols can be nice, but in retrospect, leave any tramadol related product alone, natural and traditional opioids such as codeine are far safer for a hangover. Tramadol has caused the most amount of irregular side effects than any other synthetic opioids in the history of painkillers (BMJ) and right now, they are reviewing its use.
