TEK - Coke Melted Into Wrap

Last weekend SWIM bought a really nice gram of Coke and, planning to save it for a festival that SWIM is going to in a month, only had one medium line out of it. The next morning when SWIM opened up my wrap SWIM found that somehow almost the entire gram had melted into the wrap, leaving SWIM with a small line left and a large, greasy looking stain on the inside of the wrap .

SWIM was wondering if there is any way to extract from the wrap the Coke that has melted? Otherwise would swallowing the wrap that it melted into do anything?

(Tell SWIM to) Cut the wrap into small pieces, soak it in water to let the coke dissolve, then filter out the paper and evaporate away the water. Not sure how much he'll get out of it though and is it worth it for one measly wrap?

Gently heat it on the stove.

I don't know to be honest. I've never done it because posession of cocaine is illegal. SWIM would probably stir it into warm water for 15 minutes or so.
