Cream of Wheat should never be consumed at a rate beyond that of 145mg/kg of body weight in a 24 hour period.

Maximum milligrams of what substance? The answer will be drastically different depending on what chemical you are referring to. Not all opiates/opioids are made equal.

Chances are, if the pills are hydrocodone/APAP, (vicodin and the like), a toxic level of acetaminophen will be reached before a toxic level of hydrocodone. Look into a c/w extraction using the search engine. The LD50 for hydrocodone appears to be 375 mg/kg, so a lethal dose is very large considering a 10mg pill. However, an unhealthy dose begins well before a lethal dose does.
