Amen to that! while you were gone you missed a thread asking "was tim leary right?"... nevertheless the thing was a headache. That man did more bad in his megalomaniac-type ways than he did good. It disgusts me that people think he was a good thing.

You'll have to compete with me and my many lab-cats as to who gets the first shot at the new leary. or perhaps bongo will get up there and bludgen him to death before we can squeeze off the trigger.

Well that may be partially true. But the question is: Would the confinement of LSD to use by psychiatrists better serve the global expansion of mankind or did Learys popularization of LSD in the end have more global impact on humanity?

That would be my question.

I would direct you to Mr. Pinchbeck... He has demonized research chemicals due to a negative trip he had. If you have picked up any of his books you will recognize his rampant and potentially dangerous speculation, it is truly a shame he gets as much press as he does.
