What dosage should swim go for(hydrocodone)

swim wants to get fucked up off pills severly bad but has no sellers in his small town, no job, and possibly a prescription for 20 5mg hydrocodone and 500mg acetominaphin. the prescription has onely one refil and swims out. but its lup to swims parents weather or not he gets more for his pain. what doseage should swim go for to get a good high swim was taking vicodin for about every 6-8 hours for a week. what doesage would swiy recomend and any thing leagal and easy to find that would increase or better the high.

does swiy have any tolerance? what is it like, what was the dosage before?

2nd read the CWE faq in my signature, theres links to dosages, one should be careful though, if not experienced. also he should think about CWE if going on higher dosages or at least be aware of possible side-effects and max one-time dosis of the APAP (see the faq..)

swim i met read that hydrocodone for therapeutic (i.e. painkilling but also buzzing, actually quite strong without tolerance) dosage starts at 0,1mg per kg bodyweight, but he has not much experiences with hydro and this should be confirmed by someone else / SWIY's research (like swim said in the faq is a thread to dosage recommendations, other than that the search engine should help). so acutally just 1 tablet would be a careful start.. he would not need cwe for that. but since he has tolerance, he should just carefully try to find the right thing, more than 2 tablets and SWIM would do a CWE..

in the CWE is also a link for potentiating, look for grapefruit juice or 30-50mg DXM is a possibility..

thanks thats wish swim woulda known that a few years ago. swim has a medium tollerence currently and use to have a heavy tollerence but should be getting some darvacet to soon. wit the cold water extraction work for davocet and hydrocodone or is it just for codine.

everything.. every opiate/opoioid + aspirine/pcm/iburpofen (preferable pcm!!)
