This documentary has now been publicly released. It differs from the original shown on Showtime cable in the USA by containing 3 additional hours of interviews with people from such entities as the CIA and High Times Magazine. And many others.

Fully titled American Drug War - the last white hope. And it has the following synopsis: "We have met the enemy and it is our own government." Which tells yours truly it might disappear in the near future. It "stars" the likes of: Tommy Chong. Freeway Ricky Ross. Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Mike Ruppert. General Barry McCaffrey. Ron Paul. Ralph Nader. Judge James Gray. And others.

It is available at a certain internet outlet that is named after a famous river in South America. Figure it out.

Swibf found that it was pretty decent, but he noticed that the film makers pulled quite a few punches.. Even with the sugar coating it should intrigue a critically thinking Swiy.

They are trying to make this something that Ma & Pa Kettle will watch. And scream.

Swibf knows saw it about a month ago, its on Showtime right? From what he remembers Ma & Pa could have had far greater screams coaxed from them. Its hardhitting for being so close to the mainstream, but its a shame that to be in the mainstream absolute blatant truth must be sugar coated on some level. Still Swibf hopes it'll have a large viewing and potentially opens a reasonable portion of their eyes.
