Adderall dosing question

Swim is scripted 10mg's Adderall XR once every morning but Swim doesn't take it because it does nothing and he figures why waste it if it doesn't help when it can all be saved for good times?


Swim has a Megadeth concert this week and has 90mg's Addy XR saved for the occasion but theres a dilemma going on.


He doesn't know how to dose that 90mg's.

He decided upon 2 dosing methods :


1. Open up each capsule and pour 10mg's at a time on his tongue and chew up that 10mg's and then repeat 8 more times.

OR

2. Crush up 90mg's of beads to fine powder and dissolve in a big glass of water and gulp it down.

Which way would hit harder?

Would both methods last the same amount of time?

What's the better way between the two?

First of all, am I correct to understand that SWIY hasn't taken Adderall besides the 10mg dose (which doesn't do much for him)? Why, exactly, did he decide on a 90mg dose? Is that just how much extra he'd have? If he doesn't know how much 90mg would affect him, that is something to figure out (carefully) beforehand, what if it's too much?

It doesn't seem certain that crushing Adderall really works, but if it does:
The first method (chewing) probably wouldn't destroy as many beads, but some of it would probably be absorbed sublingually, so I don't expect it'd make a considerable difference.

If crushing doesn't indeed do anything, or much of anything, it shouldn't make a big difference either.

Oh no Swims got a lot of experience dealing with Amphetamines.

Crushing the beads makes it all IR instead of XR which is what SWIM wants in order to get desired effects.

In Swims experience he finds that the crushing of any pill before ingestion wanes hard on desired effects.
