Equivalent Dose Advice
SWIM has recently aquired some codeine and would like some advice pertaining to the dose he should consume in relation to oxy/hydro. SWIM has done oxy/hydro several times at doses of 40-60mg. What would SWIY recommend SWIMs dosage be in order to have similar effects to that of 40-60mg of oxy/hydro. SWIM has already UTFSE and would like a more specific answer.

Well, because codeine has such a low ceiling point, there really isn't a dose equivalent to such amounts of hydro/oxy...
But I guess the closest thing possible with codeine would be about 400 mg (ceiling point) so if you need something equivalent to your Oxy/Hydro dose then you need a stronger opioid.
