swim is about to get gastric bypass. I was wondering if anyone knows someone who has had it and done X after. How long should swim wait to drop E again? What was it like after gastric bypass. When is it ok for swim to rave again do you think? any help would be BRILLIANT!!

After fully healed, SWIY could ask SWIY's doctor about having to refrain from intense physical activity (dancing for hours on end at a rave) to get an answer to that question.

SWIM is not familiar with gastric bypass procedures but after brief research he can't think of any reason that MDMA could pose a significant risk as long as the patient had healed and blood pressure had come to a normal level. MDMA inherently increases heart rate and adds strain to the circulatory system which is already compromised by excess weight, so wait for the heart to heal up afterwards for safety.
