Purity - What to Conclude From This (Mecke) Test

Someone who I know got their Mecke Reagent in today, scraped a bit of the pill (yellow dolphin) onto a plate, and from what they tell me, the color didn't change very much except in a few very minute black specs that were not there previously. Does this suggest that only a few specs of MDMA got onto the test place? They did this twice, both times with the same or similar result. Help, anyone?

Edit:
They've consumed a pill from this batch and have certainly experienced effects from it. This suggests meth/amp or some research chemical. Though they say it didn't feel really similar to when they've abused DextroAmp so they wonder why, if it is meth/amp, it felt so euphoric.

A positive mecke reaction for MDMA usually should immediately turn bright green when the reagent touches the specks and then slowly turn black over 20 seconds or less depending on temperature of the reagant and how much MDMA is present in the amount tested. A slower reaction may indicate a lower presence of MDMA or SWIY's reagant may be cold. If SWIY's reaction doesn't sound similar to the one above, try testing a slightly larger amount, making sure the reagant is room temp. If it does not go green to black then there probably isn't any MDMA. If SWIY has a marquis reagent, then SWIY can do a follow up to test for the presence of meth/amp, but mecke alone will not react with methamphetamine. SWIM has used mecke on one of his prescription desoxyn pills and some street crystal meth with no reaction at all. Having just one tester limits SWIY on what can be tested for, SWIM suggests getting the complete or xtreme ez test kit.

SWIM would say the specs did do as you said, it was just so small he assumed it wasn't of importance.

AKA Borax/ect or Amphetamine?

impossible to say. SWIY's guess is the best at this point since he said he experienced this pill before. SWIM thinks meth + minimal MDMA would be very euphoric when compared to prescription amphetamines
