Ketamine Analogue: 2-Methylamino-2-phenylcyclohexanone
Has anyswi ever made experience with that substance?
It is said, that the o-Cl group at the Phenyl ring is somehow responsible for the dissociative effects of ketamine. Otherwise, the 2-MeNH-2-PhCyclohexanone is said to be twice as potent as ketamine, even fourth as potent when the MeNH- is substituted by an EtNH-group. How does this potency show up then? Is there still dissociative activity, though the o-Cloro-group is missing? Or is there only an altering of narcotic effects? |

Re: Ketamine Analogue: 2-Methylamino-2-phenylcyclohexanone
Are there any reports of dissociative effects with this substance? There are a few ketamine analogs but I've never seen any.

Re: Ketamine Analogue: 2-Methylamino-2-phenylcyclohexanone
Well, that's another formulation for what I wanted to know...
The only thing I found out about the dissociative properties of Ketamine, was that it has something to do with the ortho-Cl-group of the Phenyl ring... |
