Blatant sale of cocaine testing kit

SMACK in the middle of Sydney's Oxford St, it reads like a daily specials board at your favourite restaurant - "Cocaine & XTC testing kits now in stock".
There is no attempt to hide or disguise the pink and yellow signs advertising purity tests for the illicit entree served up at clubs and parties across the city.
Such is the level of acceptance cocaine use has reached in inner Sydney, the calls to "party hard but party safe" wouldn't even raise a dissenting eyebrow.
The EZ Test kits for ecstasy and cocaine are marketed as taking the guesswork out of partying.
But when you walk into Central Station Records the true value of the kits is displayed on a sign behind a locked glass cabinet reading: "Sick of your dealer telling you it's 80 per cent pure when you know it's only 50 per cent or less?"
With five tests in every $50 kit, they say it will "save you big bucks down the trail!"
Cocaine prices have remained steady in Sydney for the past few years, costing around $300 a gram depending on quality.
Dealers cut their product with other powders to increase profits.
